• Gongura Red (Hibiscus sabdariffa), also known as red sorrel, rosella or pulicha keerai, is a heat-loving leafy green with tangy, slightly sour leaves popular in South Indian and Southeast Asian cuisine. Rich in iron, calcium, and antioxidants, Gongura is also used in traditional remedies for digestion and fever.
