For Fresh Apples 🍏🍎:

All orders of fresh apples are carefully packaged to maintain their freshness and quality during transit. We aim to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of plucking. Once dispatched, your orders will take 4-6 days to reach your location. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the plucking, destination and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We use reputable shipping carriers to deliver your apples safely to your doorstep. Upon receiving your package, we recommend inspecting the contents for any issues and contacting us promptly if necessary.

For Rest of The Products 🌱

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. We offer India Post service which usually takes 3-10 business days depending on the location. We currently offer domestic shipping only. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to their nature. If your order is delayed or if there are any issues with delivery, please contact us hello@phalphool.com for assistance. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
