At Phal Phool, we are committed to providing an exceptional level of satisfaction to all of our customers. In an unlikely event, if you find yourself dissatisfied with our services, we are more than happy to issue a full refund. However, it is important that the reasons are genuine.
We strongly advise all visitors to carefully read product descriptions, offers, and any other relevant information before making a purchase. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of our products and services.
In the event that a customer is not satisfied with our products or services, they have the right to cancel their shipment and request a refund. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

Refund Policy:
We do not accept any returns of our products in the Farm Store. We will replace or refund for items only if we sent you the wrong item, or the packet is completely damaged in postal transit. Photo proof while opening the package is required in this situation.
We strive to provide our clients with suitable design concepts that meet their expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, services, we will offer a refund.
For Fresh Produce:
At Phal Phool, we take great pride in being farmers who grow our own apples instead of procuring them from external sources or the market. Our commitment to providing you with high-quality apples is unwavering. However, it's important to note that during shipment, some fruits may show minor signs of damage due to their natural journey.
If you receive apples with visible damage, we kindly request that you provide us with photographic evidence. Based on the extent of the damage, we will assess each case individually and issue a refund accordingly. Whether it's a partial or full refund, we will make sure to consider the specific circumstances.
Additionally, in some cases, the fruits may have internal decay, which can occur since we do not use any harsh chemicals for preservation. If you come across a fruit with such decay, please send us a photo of the damaged fruit along with your refund request. We will evaluate the level of decay or damage and process the refund accordingly.
Regarding refunds, if you made the payment using a credit card, the refund amount will be credited back to the same card used for the purchase. For payments made through a payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the original account.
For Seeds:
All the seeds are handpicked and have undergone thorough quality checks. We ensure that the products are fit for the purpose for which they are intended. However, we are in no way responsible for crop failures and germination issues. Exposure to humid and bright light conditions may diminish overall viability. We do not treat our seeds with poisonous coatings to enhance viability or susceptibility to pests. Seeds should be stored in a cool, dry place or freezer to prolong their lifespan.
We offer replacement or refund of seed packets under the following circumstances if notified within 10 days of receiving the package:
- Damage or loss during transit and before delivery
- Missing seed packets
- Dispatch of incorrect seed varieties
- Plants grown from our seeds do not match their expected type (within 3 months)
You can return the product within 7 days of receiving the shipment, provided they are in their original purchase condition. If you fail to contact us within this time period with a returns request, unfortunately no refund or exchange will be entertained.
