Gale Gala apples are a delightful variety of apples that are known for their crisp texture. These apples are a result of crossbreeding the Gala and Golden Delicious apple varieties. They are round shaped and have a thin, smooth skin that is predominantly yellow with red blushes and striping. 🍎

Gale Gala apples also retain their shape well when cooked, making them a popular choice for baking and cooking. They're among the best apples for pies, cakes, salads, eating out-of-hand, and pressing into cider.

Storage & Shelf Life

Gale Gala apples usually give a hint of tartness when freshly plucked. But the longer you keep them, the sweeter they will turn. Keeping them in fridge will increase their shelf life and slow the ripening process. If you’d life them to taste more sweet, keep them at room temperature. Would recommend you to consume it within a month.
