- Chilli Gaganamukhi / Suryamukhi (Capsicum annuum) is a traditional heirloom chilli variety known for its upward-facing fruits that resemble the sun (Suryamukhi) or skyward flames (Gaganamukhi). These chillies are medium-hot, slender, and pointed, with a bright green to deep red color as they mature.
